Whether it is the team we currently work in, other teams we want to collaborate with or our client’s teams we are working to enhance, we all need some tools and strategies to build effective collaboration.

Leonie Cutts (CCS Cards) and Adam Le Good (Fundamental Training and Development) will guide you through a range of exercises you could use with ALL the teams around you.

The session will be highly interactive and utilise elements of Collaborizza, an amazing self-guided Team Collaboration tool. We will discover the elements that make a thriving team and look at the Hargraves Institute’s Collaboration Assessment tool and generate some real-world tips for enhancing team collaboration.

This will be an essential masterclass for anyone who works in teams or helps develop teams.
