I have held the TAE Cert IV ‘just in case’ and never used the credential nor any of the content provided due to its lack of relevance. I am currently completing the 10893NAT Certificate IV in Learning Design & Facilitation and have been constantly engaged with both theoretical models and practical experiential sessions.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone involved in professional development, learning and performance – whether they be new to the profession or an old hand – you will definitely learn new tricks and apply the learning from day one.

Despite over two decades working in learning and development, this updated my knowledge on contemporary developments in L&D which I am already incorporating into my virtual workshops with great effect!
I particularly enjoyed the unit on the neuroscience of learning and valued the opportunity to interact with and learn from the other L&D professionals doing the Cert IV.
