Designing, delivering and evaluating blended learning experiences
If you’ve done the TAE40116, the 10893NAT is a refreshing change including more relevant, more current training methods specifically designed to fully meet the needs of learning and development professionals.
With no competition the TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment became the default qualification for L&D leaders, organisers, and trainers. However, the TAE40116 was designed for individuals delivering training and assessment services in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. It contains several units that are simply not relevant to the L&D space and neglects to cover some essential elements that are required to develop a successful and sustainable career in L&D.
The 10893NAT Cert IV provides a deep dive into designing, delivering, and evaluating blended learning experiences. It shares new technologies and methods as well as providing an extensive range of resources for participants.
