Earn CPD Points & Digital Badges

In the increasingly global competitive L&D market, where L&D professionals from outside your traditional market are your potential new competitors (just as you could be theirs, it is important you find ways to stand out. Here are two ways that ILP can help .

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points

CPD is essential to enhance your knowledge and skills. CPD can involve any relevant learning activity, whether formal and structured or informal and self-directed.

Generally, one CPD point is equal to one hour of active learning. That means you get one point for every hour you spend on an ILP learning activity.  For example, if you attend one of our Masterclasses you would earn 1 CPD Point or if you attended a full-day workshop (i.e. 9 am – 5 pm with an hour lunch break) you would gain 7 CPD points.

And Certified ILP Learning Professionals are not limited to earning CPD points from ILP events, and for any active learning you do will qualify for maintaining your ILP Certification. Just keep a record of the active learning you do, so we can recertify you for the next year.
