They recognise continuous learning is intrinsically linked to performance, and to their organisations’ continued success.
The 2022 L&D playbook explores the role of the L&D professional – a multifaceted role incorporating wellness coach, data scientist, agile expert, and tech developer. Responsible for shifting mindsets, upskilling and counselling, it’s little wonder that our community described feeling overwhelmed in our discussion groups this year.
