With 16 years of experience in education and a strong focus on people and culture, I am committed to upholding the high standards of excellence and service that you have come to expect from the ILP team. Founder, Kerry Brocks has already established a strong foundation, so my role will be to lead the institute into its next phase of growth and success.

I have a rich history in senior executive roles, consistently achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives in the vocational education and medical sectors, as well as start-ups, turnarounds, and rapid change environments.
This expertise extends to learning and development. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to fostering employee growth and enhancing organisational culture. I’m particularly proud of implementing the “Step up & Step In” mentoring program, which nurtured talent development and career progression within a 1000-strong organisation.
My passion for education stems from its ability to expand knowledge and offer diverse perspectives on the world around us.
