Katherine is pivotal in elevating the member experience by managing customer service operations, email correspondence, event coordination, and a wide array of general administrative and personal assistant tasks.

After completing a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management), Katherine decided to explore Europe and has recently returned from a 12-month working holiday.

At ILP, Katherine is not just a coordinator but is essential in the seamless execution of events and all things administration.
