Recording – Embracing 2022 and a new Hybrid World
ILP Masterclass – Embracing 2022 and a new Hybrid World
Recorded 2nd February 2022
In our first masterclass for 2022 we will explore the emerging trends in how organisations are working in a continuing, but much changed pandemic world. There is a lot of media coverage on the continued focus on ‘working from home’, on how office workspaces will change, and an emphasis on the Hybrid Work World.
As all Australian states are now experiencing Covid, some for the first time, the rules are changing, and with new variants likely to emerge this will continue. So finally it seems most of Australia is now truly on the same page
What does this mean for L&D professionals? What are organisational leaders now thinking about how they will lead, how they want to work themselves, and what they want for and from their teams? How will this impact in-house training, and what will organisations want from external providers? What and how have rules changed? Is international travel dead, what about interstate, are we even ready to make a call on this?
All important questions, and there will be many others, so if you have any you’d like to explore email them to [email protected]. And if you are experiencing some of these changes yourself and would like to contribute to the session, connect with Bill on [email protected]
Guests we have joining us to share insights into what their organisations are doing include:
Facilitator: Bill Jarrard
- Rebecca Lee, MD Merck (ANZ)
- Debbie Thompson, L&D Professional, UTS College
- Peter Beven, Director, Skills LogiQ
And we want to hear from participants on what they are experiencing, followed by some workshopping of ideas to embrace this new world we seem to have entered.
