Mindwerx founders Bill Jarrard and Jennifer Jarrard are both ILP Life Fellows, and Bill is also supporting ILP in active strategic and operational roles to support the ILP Mission To lead the learning evolution by setting and raising the standards for learning and development, so that organisations and learners see how excellence in learning will result in exceptional capability and enhanced performance.

When Mindwerx International started in 1998 they were pioneers in Deliberate Creative Thinking, following and widening the path created by great creativity explorers such as Alex Osborn, Sid Parnes, Edward de Bono, Tony Buzan, Ned Herrmann, Maxwell Maltz, Napoleon Hill, W Edwards Deming, and others.

Today Mindwerx is considered a thought leader in Critical and Creative Thinking, Strategic Thinking, and Innovation Facilitation, and co-founders Bill Jarrard and Jennifer Jarrard speak at conferences and work with clients globally, having presented Mindwerx programs and services in more than 20 countries.

Bill and Jennifer have worked with organisations large and small, in the public, private and not for profit sectors, in 22 countries, to help creativity and innovation flourish from the boardroom to the front-line with design thinking and serious creativity tools.
