MBTI Type and Change:
- Are you accredited to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®)?
- Are you looking for practical short exercises to use with clients?
- Are you curious to see a practical example of how type can be applied particularly in relation to the challenge of change in the workplace?
The objective of this interactive session is to provide ILP members who are qualified to use MBTI® with an activity they can use when working with clients to explore responses to change.
ILP members who are familiar with the MBTI® but not accredited users of Type are also welcome to attend.
As a practical demonstration of the strategic relationship between the Australian Association for Psychological Type (AusAPT) and the ILP, Type accredited ILP Members will be given a copy of the session to use and adapt with their clients. The session notes are not available without attending the session.
