Future of Learning & Development Post COVID-19

As Australia started to come out of lockdown (pre-Melbourne second wave) we asked what the future holds for Learning and Development? What does the next year look like?  There have been lots of opinions on this, but there has also been some sound and fascinating research.

In particular, a new report from IE: The Centre for Learning Innovation – LEARNING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT DURING TIMES OF COVID-19 presents some insights into what the pandemic has done to learning, and what might happen in the next 12-18 months.  Download the report now. It is a valuable read and will set the tone for this masterclass

On the back of this research, this ILP Online Masterclass brought together a panel of Organisational L&D leaders who will be instrumental in shaping corporate L&D going forward. The aim is to build on the IE Report, to explore what the future might hold.

This is a fascinating look at where our thinking was at just as the pandemic really started to ravage the world.
