FLMT Contract/Freelance Facilitator Position Description
Frontline Management Training Australia (FLMT) is actively looking to add outstanding contract/freelance workshop facilitators as a part of its annual review/update of its facilitator portfolio and, more specifically, to meet the needs of two large-scale client contracts.
FLMT specialises in developing business and leadership capabilities to frontline managers and staff and, as such, is looking for subject matter expert facilitators in areas including (but not limited to):
· Business/Technical Writing
· Change Management
· Coaching
· Communication Skills
· Diversity & Inclusion
· Emotional Intelligence
· Finance & Accounting
· Influence/Negotiation/Conflict Resolution

FLMT services all industries and, as such, are keen to receive applications from facilitators with experience in/with a range of sectors. However, we are currently particularly interested in applications from people with in-depth experience in/with:
· Public Sector (all levels)
· Mining
· Engineering
Please note: As a provider of modern, adult-learning based programs, we look for engaging, charismatic workshop facilitators who deliver highly experiential activity and discussion-based workshops with a focus on the highest possible achievement/transfer of learning outcomes via the provision of strategies for/advice on the successful transfer of learning to the workplace.
All workshop content and materials (including online pre-workshop learning) is provided by FLMT, however, in order to ensure the achievement of high-level participant experience and targeted learning outcomes, our facilitators have the flexibility to contextualise the delivery of their workshops to fit the needs of the client/participants.
Qualifications/Certifications: Relevant qualifications to the field of expertise are beneficial but not essential, as is a Certificate IV TAE.
Location: Australia-wide (particularly in the state/territory capitals)

Pay: $1,000-2,000 per day
